Acceptance of Terms

jlhh reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date at the top. Continued use of jlhh after updates have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically, particularly before placing significant wagers.
These Terms apply to all jlhh services including casino games, sports betting, Sabong, Pusoy, Virtual Sports, and any other products available on the platform now or in the future.
Account Eligibility and Registration
To register and maintain an account on jlhh, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age. jlhh operates in the Philippines where the legal minimum age for gaming is 21. Age verification may be requested at any time and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately.
- You are a natural person — not a company, trust, or other legal entity.
- You are accessing jlhh from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
- You are not on any exclusion list, either through a jlhh self-exclusion request or any applicable regulatory exclusion register.
- All information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time.
One account per person
Each jlhh player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same payment details, same device, or same IP address — are not permitted. jlhh will close duplicate accounts and may confiscate any winnings derived from them.
Identity verification (KYC)
jlhh may require you to submit identity documents before processing a withdrawal or if your account activity triggers a verification review. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or UMID. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in a hold on withdrawals until the process is complete.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
All jlhh accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the following local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI or UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards.
Deposits
Deposits to your jlhh account are typically processed instantly for e-wallet methods such as GCash and Maya. Bank transfer methods may take up to one business day depending on the sending bank. jlhh does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Funds deposited on jlhh must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment instruments that do not belong to you, is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals on jlhh are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by method: e-wallets such as GCash and Maya are typically processed within one business day; bank transfers may take up to three business days. jlhh may require identity verification before releasing a withdrawal if the account has not previously completed KYC.
Withdrawal matching rule
To comply with anti-money laundering obligations, jlhh requires that withdrawals be directed to the same payment source used for deposits where technically possible. If your original deposit method is no longer available, jlhh support will guide you through an alternative withdrawal process with appropriate verification.
Betting and Game Rules
All bets placed on jlhh are subject to the specific rules of the game or market involved. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of the event you are wagering on. General betting rules applicable across all jlhh products include the following.
Bets are final once confirmed
Once you have confirmed a bet on jlhh, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Review your selection, stake amount, and the displayed odds carefully before confirming. jlhh is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.
Void bets
A bet may be declared void by jlhh in limited circumstances: where a sporting event is abandoned or cancelled without a result; where a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed; or where a bet was placed outside the permitted betting window. Void bets have stakes returned to the player's account.
Technical failures
In the event of a platform technical failure that affects the recording or settlement of a bet, jlhh will use all available data to reconstruct and settle affected bets fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected stakes will be returned. jlhh's decision in technical failure cases is final.
Pricing errors
If jlhh displays odds that are materially incorrect due to a human or system error, jlhh reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous prices. Players will not be entitled to winnings calculated from a clearly incorrect price that a reasonable player should have recognised as an error.
Game-specific rules — for example the treatment of Draw results in Sabong, the deck composition in Baccarat, or the RNG certification standards in Virtual Sports — are described on the relevant game pages of jlhh.best. Those game-specific rules apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Bonuses and Promotions
jlhh may offer bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms published alongside the offer, including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. Those specific terms apply in addition to this section.
General bonus rules applicable to all jlhh promotions include:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the conditions stated in the individual promotion terms. jlhh reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in each promotion. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement must generate ₱5,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
- Only bets placed with real-money funds count toward wagering requirements unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- jlhh reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel it entirely before the stated expiry if there is evidence of systematic exploitation, technical error, or abuse. Players will be notified where this occurs.
- Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are completed.
Bonus abuse
jlhh monitors for coordinated or systematic bonus exploitation including use of multiple accounts, arbitrage between platforms using bonus funds, or any pattern designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have winnings from bonus funds confiscated and may be restricted from future promotional participation.
Account Security and Player Responsibilities
Your jlhh account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication linked to your account — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow anyone else to access your jlhh account.
jlhh will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you receive any communication claiming to be from jlhh that asks for your password or financial credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@jlhh.best immediately.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account while your credentials are in use, whether by you or as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login details. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jlhh support immediately and change your password.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
jlhh is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Both jlhh and the player share obligations under this commitment.
As a jlhh player, you acknowledge that:
- Gambling involves financial risk and outcomes are not guaranteed regardless of game knowledge or strategy.
- You are playing with money you have set aside for entertainment — not funds required for household expenses, debt repayment, or family obligations.
- Gaming should remain recreational. If it begins to feel like pressure, obligation, or the primary means of pursuing income, this is a sign to step back and use the tools jlhh provides.
- jlhh operates with a house edge on every product. Over a sufficiently large number of wagers, the expected outcome for the player is negative. This does not prevent winning sessions, but it means the platform cannot be reliably used as a source of income.
jlhh's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion — are available from your account settings at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and apply across all jlhh products for the duration selected. jlhh may also apply protective restrictions to an account without a player request if account behaviour suggests potential harm.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are prohibited on jlhh and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the jlhh platform.
- Any form of match-fixing, collusion, or insider information use in sports or event betting.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity. jlhh is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to appropriate authorities.
- Attempting to exploit platform errors, including pricing errors or technical glitches, for financial gain.
- Registering multiple accounts or providing false identity information during registration or verification.
- Using another person's payment details without their knowledge and consent.
- Accessing jlhh from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law, where you have knowingly circumvented geographic restrictions.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
jlhh provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability and accurate pricing, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
jlhh's liability to any player for any cause is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. jlhh is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or losses arising from decisions made based on platform information that turned out to be incorrect due to a technical error.
Betting involves inherent financial risk. jlhh does not guarantee that any particular wagering strategy will produce profitable outcomes. Game guides, odds explanations, and informational content on jlhh.best are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute financial advice.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction under which jlhh operates. In the event of a dispute between a player and jlhh, the player should first contact jlhh support at support@jlhh.best with full details of the issue.
jlhh commits to reviewing all genuine disputes within a reasonable timeframe and communicating the outcome and reasoning clearly to the player. Where jlhh's internal dispute resolution does not satisfy the player, the player may escalate to the relevant regulatory body under whose licence jlhh operates.
jlhh's decisions on matters covered by these Terms — including bet settlement, void declarations, account suspensions, and bonus eligibility — are final once the internal review process is complete.
